• Phil McKenna

    Managing Director - Phil started the business in 2010, along with Ross and Stuart Graham. After 25 years in the food production industry, they realised there was a market for a specialist hygiene provider in Scotland. Phil is a keen golfer and also caddies for professional golfers in his spare time.

  • Callum McKenna

    Operations Director - Callum joined the business in 2010, shortly after it was established. During this period, he has worked in all roles and keeps a firm eye on new legislation and requirements for our clients. During his free time, he enjoys playing golf (badly!) and travelling when he can.

  • Mark Kelly

    Operations Manager - Mark helps our team carry out the best possible service we can for our customer. Mark goes the extra mile for our customers ensuring that all compliance is taken care of. When not working, Mark is a keen footballer and enjoys spending time with his family.

  • Liz McKenna

    Finance and HR Manager - Liz looks after the finance and HR for the company. She has been with us since the beginning. Liz enjoys working with our great team and every day is a good day in the office. All negatives are turned into positives. When she is not working, Liz loves running, swimming and spending time with her husband and family, but especially her beautiful granddaughter, Esme.

  • Florin Caragata

    Operations Supervisor - Florin has been with the company for over 7 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. When not working, Florin likes going fishing and trying to repair items. But he really doesn’t like very hot weather and broccoli!

  • Laura Lindsay

    Service Manager - Laura looks after all of our customers from our office. She is responsible for booking all work in at suitable times for our customers and provides all required reports for your due diligence. Laura loves spending nights away with her family and coming in to the office on a Monday morning to catch up with everyone and look at pictures from the weekend.

  • Gwen Gray

    Finance Assistant - Gwen is our finance assistant and looks after all financial queries, invoicing and paying our suppliers. Gwen loves working with everyone in the office and how everyone helps each other. Gwen enjoys spending time with family and her kids when they are back from university. She loves to go walking with her German Shepherd, Kodak, reading thriller books and of course drinking red wine and gin!

  • Izabela Lawniczak

    Office Administrator - Izabela is our office administrator and looks after our washroom services department. She is responsible for ensuring all our reports go to our clients and that all due diligence is carried out for the company. Izabela also looks after some of our finance and assists Gwen and Liz when required. During her spare time, Izabela love new experiences and adventures. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, baking cakes and reading! All of the office loves trying out the baking too!

  • Sophie Morrison

    Service Co-ordinator - Sophie is our Service Co-ordinator who looks after and assists our clients. When Sophie isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and with her lovely cats! Sophie also enjoys cooking and has recently started running.
